The Hamlet Centre is a place for young people with special needs to develop their full potential and learn to be as independent as possible. With support from their key workers, students select their own timetable from a wide range of courses on offer, including basic education, personal development, independent living and social activities

Children's Services

Children's Services The Hamlet Centre is well known in Norfolk for it's activities for children with disabilities. We have been described by a senior member of staff at Social Services as 'a centre of excellence'. A lively, committed and talented staff team brings a wide variety of exciting activities to the children.

After moving our Children's Services and the Toy libray into Johnson's Place, we have moved into the next phase of fundraising – a sensory room and a kitchen refit and extension in Ella Road are our next aims! Would you like to be a part of our exciting journey? Have you got some skills or maybe a few hours of time that you can contribute?
