The tracks on this album are all created by the students of the Hamlet Centre using computer programs which enable free experimentation with sounds, samples, instrumental arrangements and rhythms. The recorded sounds and samples can then be edited with ease to produce finished tracks. The roll of staff has been to assist in the technical aspect of computer recording, leaving students free to explore their own ideas in sounds and music. | Film Club Premiere | ||
| 'My Favourite Things' is a short film which premiered at Norwich Arts Centre on Wednesday 23rd January. It was created by six disabled teenagers, who took part in a two day filmmaking workshop at the Hamlet Centre by Shelley Telly. The team learnt the basic skills to create the film then set about choosing their favourite things. This included family photos, football shirts and music.
